MEAL PLANS

Receive a realistic and detailed eating guide guaranteed* to meet your weight loss or weight maintenance goals emailed to you (providing there is no medical condition present that my inhibit weight loss). All meal plans are individualised and devised specific to your details. They are designed to prevent hunger and cravings and include “treat” foods – which means you can still have chocolate and alcohol!

Vegetarian, healthy heart and diabetic suitable meal plans are also available

After following your meal plan, don’t undo all of your hard work by reverting back to old eating habits – choose to receive follow-up education where you learn how to substitute your own food choices into your meal plan


Meal plans include:

  • Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner
  • Dessert and alcohol options
  • At least 5 different choices at each meal and snack
  • Additional information regarding foods and drinks that can be consumed freely

Meal plans for two
Portion sizes are specific to each individual but similar foods are included to assist with ease of shopping and cooking

$40 for 2 meal plans

Only available after purchasing a meal plan
